Before you
order you should know what you are asking for. Here
are some of the more common terms you might need to
use in an Aussie Pub.
Ale
A beer made
by the top fermentation process. The traditional Australian
beer.
Beer
A fermented
liquor brewed from malt or malt andmalt substitutes.
Generally beer in Australia includes ale, lager, pilsner,
bitter, draught, stout and maybe a few others.
